Listing Policy

Effective date: 27 April 2026.

CarsConnect is a vehicle marketplace and WhatsApp-first lead service for South Africa. We help buyers find used cars from verified motor dealers, and hand them straight to the dealer on WhatsApp — no forms, no cold calls. CarsConnect is operated by TownConnect (Pty) Ltd (Reg 2026/106250/07) trading as CarsConnect.

A vehicle listing shows the make, model, variant, year, price, mileage, transmission, fuel, body type and area, together with the dealer or private seller advertising it and a direct WhatsApp handover.

Dealers and Area Partners can claim, edit or remove any listing that belongs to them. Email hello@townconnect.co.za or WhatsApp 071 422 9928 and we will action it.
